Massage Therapy

Raised in Brantford since the age of four, Bruno grew up in a household environment where massage was a common part of life. During high school, Bruno took great interest in Shiatsu Massage and alternative medicine. After taking courses in both Shiatsu and Massage Therapy , Bruno decided he could help more people by becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. With the encouragement of friends, who felt he should pursue massage therapy as a full time career, Bruno enrolled at the Alexandrian Institute for Massage Therapy. Upon completion of his training he wrote and passed the Provincial Licensing Exams. Soon after he started his own practice, Beneficial Massage Therapy, which is now part of the Holistic Healing Arts Centre team. For some years Bruno has been teaching art on a volunteer basis at various elementary schools in Brant County, usually for Grades 4 to 6. Bruno enjoys many hobbies including weightlifting, training in Bruce Lee's "Jeet Kune Do" and drawing with pencil-pen and ink.
